Student Support Services


Student Support Services is here to help you with and questions, problems, or concerns that you may have. Whether you are already a member or have questions before enrolling, we are here to help you. Support services are divided into three sections:

Creating a Support Ticket

This is where the process starts when you want to communicate with any of the staff here at the Institute. You may select what priority you feed your concern is and whether you want to be notified when the ticket is updated. There are also security setting for sensitive information. You must be a registered member to access the support system.

My Tickets

This is where you can check on the status of your ticket, open and add additional information or close the ticket if you no long need it.

Questions and Answers

Because we can't anticipate every questions that our members and visitors may have, we will be listing the most asked in our Q&A section so that everyone can see the responses.
